Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with the export operation process by sea;

2. Responsible for shipping operations, including booking, opening cabinets, trailers, customs declaration, etc., to ensure the normal shipment of goods;

3. Reasonable transfer of goods and relationship maintenance with the unpacking company;

4. Coordinate with relevant departments and track customs declaration and inspection;

5. Responsible for the tracking of freight, timely feedback and solve various problems in the process of freight transportation;

6. Handling customer complaints and disputes and other related work assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, majors in marketing, logistics management, business English and other related majors are preferred;

2. Experience in relevant shipping operations, and familiarity with shipping related operating procedures is preferred;

3. Have English proficiency and be able to read and respond to daily English email communication, CET-4 and above are preferred;

4. Be able to communicate well with customers to meet customer requirements in the operation process;

5. Careful, serious and responsible work, strong ability to withstand pressure, good team spirit and customer service awareness, strong communication and coordination skills;

6. Have a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, can bear certain work pressure, and have a sense of belonging to the company.
