The end-tooth dinner is a routine event since the establishment of the company 15 years ago. On every occasion of saying goodbye to the old and welcoming the new, we will gather our colleagues together, reunite together, bid farewell to the past in a joyful way, and welcome the next year full of vitality.

We have all been united and fought side by side for years. Every year, my colleagues who are busy in their respective positions focus on their work. They are late at the dinner party, and the figure of struggle is the most beautiful! Heartfelt thanks to all the colleagues who are fighting on the front line, each of you is a member of Haiyuan. The most important member of the ship. On behalf of the company, I would like to express my deep gratitude to all my colleagues who have worked hard and never complained.

Friends of the business department, are you satisfied with this year's performance? What about colleagues in the functional department? Did you gain anything at work this year? I believe that my colleagues who work hard this year will surely gain something. The steady development of the company is obvious to all. Many businesses have made money, and the performance may be unimaginable before. It can be seen that only with perseverance and hard work can you seize the opportunity when it comes. Before this year, if the business could achieve a monthly performance of 300,000 yuan, it would already be a top player in the industry, but from July to September this year, there are many such colleagues, what a happy thing, I really want to do this Get drunk. Despite such achievements, I still hope that my colleagues will not be content with the status quo, not be complacent, and continue the passion and energy of this year to climb higher mountains, review their own shortcomings, and contribute to the greater future. In the past work, our business colleagues work in an orderly, standardized and professional manner, which needs to be improved urgently, and the trust between our departments is still not enough. In the future, we will further standardize the service process through more refined management, form communication and interaction, and formulate clear goals and plans, so that actions can be based on evidence, and rewards and punishments can be well-founded. We will gradually remove the obstacles of inter-departmental communication and establish an organizational system of mutual trust and mutual assistance.

In order to win a longer-term competitive advantage, last year we signed a 5-year strategic cooperation agreement with "Zhongxu Shares", the largest enterprise management training company in China. We have established our own "growth business school" and plan to invest at least 800,000 yuan in employee training each year in the future. We hope to build ourselves into a learning company. Through continuous learning, we will break through our own cognitive boundaries and improve everyone's personal abilities. Only in this way can we maintain our advantage in the more intense market competition in the future, and be able to be bigger, stronger and longer.

In November, I led the management team to study, and formulated a corporate strategic plan for the future to look at the present. The specific content will be explained with you at the anniversary celebration in February. In the fourth quarter, managers and supervisors conducted some professional study abroad in batches, and returned to the company to share their learning experiences, which were enthusiastic. The more I go out to meet the leaders of all walks of life, the more deeply I understand that in order to remain invincible in the fierce competition, to make a difference in work and to be respected, individuals must become better and better. But excellence is not innate, but comes from persevering learning, diligent and down-to-earth work; from integrity, a high sense of responsibility; from honesty and trustworthiness; from a good overall view and spirit of cooperation, etc. It's not scary that someone is better than us, but it's scary that people who are better than us work harder than us. Life is so long, and good things depend on your own struggles. In the future, you must thank yourself for working hard now.

Recently, colleagues from the heads of various departments have reviewed and summarized the work in 2021, made an outlook and deployment of the work in 2022, found difficulties and pain points, and looked for new breakthrough points. I hope everyone can learn from colleagues who take everything seriously and fully understand the responsibilities and missions of their respective fields of work. Although we have achieved staged performance this year, our operational and management capabilities are still far from being the first-class freight forwarders at home and abroad. We have absolutely no reason to be proud, and no reason not to continue to work hard on the ground. Only by continuously learning, improving management level, and narrowing the cognitive gap, can individuals and companies build on the past and cope with the unprecedented opportunities and challenges of the logistics industry in the post-epidemic era.

The results of the excellent employee appraisal in 2021 have also come out. The indicators of outstanding employees of the year are limited, and there are many excellent colleagues who have made extraordinary contributions in ordinary positions.
